We listen, walk the home and study its architecture. A design direction emerges — spatial, material, atmospheric — and is fixed in a single document before a wall is touched.
Demolition
The careful undoing. Layers are stripped with intent; what is worth preserving is protected. The home is prepared, honestly, for what comes next.
Craft
Joinery, plaster, stone and metal — made and fitted by trusted hands. The detail is the design; every junction is resolved before it is built.
Handover
Furniture, light and finishing layers are placed. We walk you through the home, then leave it to you — finished, photographed, and quietly yours.

Pitaya is a small London atelier of designers, makers and project leads. We took our name from the fruit — quiet on the outside, vivid within — because we believe a home should reveal itself slowly.
We renovate and decorate with the same hand: the people who draw the section are the people who check the joint. That continuity is where the quality lives.
